Terms of Business – Sunglasses Orders

Effective Date: 1st August 2025

These Terms of Business (“Terms”) apply to all orders for sunglasses placed with 2 Degrees West Apparel Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Order Process

1.1 All orders must be submitted via our website or in writing.
1.2 We will provide a digital proof of your design for approval before production.
1.3 Once you have approved the proof, you are responsible for final sign-off. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or design issues after proof approval.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 We require 100% payment in advance before production begins.
2.2 Payments must be made via the methods stated on our invoice. Production will not start until funds are cleared.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You must supply your logo or artwork in high-resolution format (minimum [insert dpi recommendation, e.g., 300dpi]) suitable for print.
3.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by late submission of artwork.

4. Additional Costs

4.1 Orientation services (e.g., in-person fitting or demonstration) are charged separately.
4.2 Carriage/shipping is charged in addition to the product cost and will be confirmed before dispatch.

5. Refunds & Returns

5.1 Refunds will only be issued if the sunglasses are faulty.
5.2 If you believe the sunglasses are faulty, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving them.
5.3 Returns must be sent back to us in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition they were received.
5.4 The cost of returning the sunglasses is the responsibility of the customer.
5.5 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

6. Exclusions

6.1 No refunds or replacements will be offered for:

  • Issues arising from low-quality artwork supplied by the client.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or print placement, which are considered acceptable in the manufacturing process.

7. Delivery

7.1 Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
7.2 We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Liability

8.1 Our total liability in respect of any order will not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
8.2 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
